I was born and raised in Upstate New York but moved to North Carolina to attend UNCW where I student taught at TCES. After graduating, I began my teaching career in Charleston, South Carolina where I taught 2nd grade for three years. I found myself back at Town Creek in 2021. 

This is my eighth year teaching and fifth year teaching 3rd grade alongside the marvelous Ms. Mauck. I teach all the ELA things and Ms. Mauck teaches math, science, and social studies. We pride ourselves on building relationships with our students, as well as their families.

In my free time I enjoy anything fitness and health related! I love weight lifting, running, walking my dog, and cooking up new recipes.
