Mrs. Griffin's 6th and 7th Grade Classes




Hey! My name is Mrs. Griffin and I'm so excited about the new school year starting and can't wait to meet all of you!! I hope that you all had a great summer and are eager to get back into the "swing" of school. We have a lot of changes for this school year but I am confident that we will meet all of our changes/challenges with courage and grace.


This year I am working with the 6th and 7th grades. I will be Co-Teaching with Mrs. Cohen (ELA) for two of our cores and Co-Teaching with Mrs. Williams (Math) for one core; for the sixth grade. I will also be teaching a reading intervention class during the sixth grade GOAL time block; and will be teaching a 7th grade Math Intervention block; during the school day.

Sixth Grade Remote Learning Schedule:

8:50-9:30 AM: Core 1 : Math (Co-Teaching with Mrs. Williams)

9:40-10:20 AM: Core 2: ELA (Co-Teaching with Mrs. Cohen)

10:30-11:10 AM: Core 3: ELA (Co-Teaching with Mrs. Cohen)

12:45-1:10 PM: Elective One

1:20-1:45 PM: Elective Two

1:55-2:25 PM: GOAL Time (Reading Intervention with Mrs. Griffin)

**7th Grade Math Intervention: 10:00-10:20 AM
