🌟 Welcome to 4th Grade!

We are so excited to welcome you and your child to 4th grade! This year is a big step as students build independence and take on new challenges. In 4th grade, students will strengthen their reading and writing skills through our Wit & Wisdom curriculum, and they will grow as mathematicians with i-Ready Math. A key focus in 4th grade is the important shift from learning to read toward reading to learn, as students begin using their reading skills to explore, think critically, and gain knowledge across subjects. They will also continue developing important life skills as leaders, friends, and problem-solvers.

In math, students will take on big new concepts such as long division, multi-digit multiplication, and fractions galore! They will also continue developing important life skills as leaders, friends, and problem-solvers. 

Our goal is to partner with you to make this a successful and memorable year. We look forward to celebrating your child’s progress, encouraging their growth, and supporting them every step of the way. It’s going to be an amazing year in 4th grade!
