MOC provides an opportunity to reflect on your continued growth as an accomplished educator and the impact of your practice on student learning. 

A Few Things to Remember:

• MOC is required every five years to keep your certification active. 

• The MOC process includes two portfolio components focused on professional growth and teaching practice. 

• Eligible NBCTs can complete MOC during either of the two years leading up to their certificate's expiration.
