Hi there!

I was born in Montgomery, Alabama but have lived in the Wilmington/Leland area for the past 31 years. My husband and I have 2 kiddos that our worlds spin around - Emerson and Jameson. 

This is my 12th year in education and my 6th year teaching at Town Creek Elementary. I currently teach Kindergarten and absolutely LOVE being a part of the Gator family!

I was named TCES Rookie of the Year for the 2019-2020 school year.

I was once attacked by a flamingo.

I have an absolute obsession with Diet Coke and Iced Coffee.

I love baking, getting lost in a really good book, and crafting.

I was my school's Spelling Bee champion when I was in 2nd grade.
