About Me

I have been an educator in Brunswick County for 20 years. I began my teaching career at NBHS (2005 - 2006) as a Lateral Entry teacher in the CTE area. After a year and a half I began working at the Early College where I remained for 17 years. I am excited to be back at NBHS; it feels like coming home. I will be teaching 3 sections of Hospitality and Tourism in the fall and in the spring, Hospitality and Tourism II and Sports Marketing. My philosophy of teaching is that I believe every student can achieve their highest potential with care and support. It is an honor to serve in this way.
