Registration is $10 per student through 12/10/25. After 12/10/25, registration is $20. Please read all tabs before you register.
Complete the following steps to register your organization/school and your students for WRO auditions. Registration opens October 1, 2025
Complete a Director/Organization Registration Form. You will be asked to provide a photo/digital copy of your NAfME card in this form. If you are sponsoring students through multiple organizations, please complete a form for each organization.
Complete the Student Registration Form for each student you will sponsor.

Early Registration is $10/student. Registrations postmarked after December 10, 2025 is $20/student.
All payments should be in the form of ONE check made payable to NCMEA.
No personal checks.
Private studios should procure a certified check from their bank.
