Registration opens 10/1/26
Complete the following steps to register your organization/school and your students for WRO auditions. Registration opens October 1, 2026.
Complete a Director/Organization Registration Form. You will be asked to upload a photo/digital copy of your NAfME card in this form. If you are sponsoring students through multiple organizations, please complete a form for each organization.
Complete the Student Registration Form for each student you will sponsor.
Follow the directions below to pay registration fees by check and mail the check so that it arrives before January 4, 2207. To edit a printable invoice for your bookkeeper, click here: Invoice for WRO audition registration fees. You may mail a copy of this invoice with your check if you like. Please do not wait until the last minute to request your check to ensure that you recieve your student audition numbers.
Note: Do not mail registration checks after January 4th, 2027. Instead, please send a photo of the check to elizabeth.terry@bcsemail.org and bring the check to the registration table on the morning of auditions.
Early Registration is $10/student. Registrations postmarked after December 9, 2026 are $20/student.
All payments should be in the form of ONE check made payable to NCMEA.
No personal checks.
Private studios should procure a certified check from their bank.
