Whitney Cooper

I have been teaching at VSMS since 2019 and am an alumna of the TC Roberson district (Class of 2004) AND VSMS.

In 2008, I earned B.A.s in English Literature and American History from UNC-Chapel Hill, returning to my home in the mountains after graduation to work in the marketing and non-profit industries for 10 years.

In 2015, I enrolled at UNC Asheville to earn my post- baccalaureate teaching licensure in Social Studies and English Language Arts. I currently teach 8th Grade Social Studies.
