Hello! I’m Mr. Tim, and I teach technology to students in kindergarten through fifth grade.
Before entering education, I spent many years as a small-business owner working in construction, property management, and other hands-on projects. I also developed my own invention, which gave me experience using coding and a variety of computer programs throughout the design and development process. I have an Associate of Arts degree in Business and have always enjoyed building things, solving problems, and figuring out how things work.
I chose to work in education because I enjoy helping kids become confident problem-solvers. Technology gives students an opportunity to be creative, experiment, make mistakes, and discover that there is often more than one way to solve a problem. My goal is to make technology and coding approachable, engaging, and fun while helping students develop skills they can continue building on as they grow.
Outside of school, I enjoy hiking and exploring the mountains, working on projects, learning new things, and spending time with my family.
I’m excited to be part of the school community and look forward to helping our students learn, create, and discover what they are capable of!
