Teresa Cole

HI! I am Mrs Cole. I will be your ELA and Social Studies teacher this year. I am excited to have you in my class. We will focus this year on writing and improving your reading in ELA and US History and Geography in Social Studies.

I grew up in Gainesville, GA and have lived in many places. I met my husband in college (Liberty University, 1998) and we were married in 1999. We have 5 wonderful children: Abi- 24, Natalie-22, Mica-19, Bryson-16, and Dawson-12. Although my husband grew up in Weaverville, we have called it home since 2016.

I have been working at NWR for 5 years and love the community and love this school shows to everyone. I have worked for Buncombe County Schools for 8 years.

My hobbies include: running, weight lifting, reading, being with my family, and watching Korean dramas.
