Graduation Details
Date & Time: June 15th at 6:00 PM
Location: Harrah’s Cherokee Center, downtown Asheville
Graduates must arrive by 5:00 PM.
Doors open to the public at 5:00 PM.
Eligible seniors will receive 8 free tickets on 5/22 in Advisory.
Additional tickets available for purchase at $5.00 each on 5/28
No more than 10 additional tickets will be sold initially
Tickets distributed after debt clearance.
Mandatory Graduation Rehearsal
Date & Time: June 14th from 1:00-3:00 PM
Location: Harrah’s Cherokee Center, downtown Asheville
Please arrive early; plan for parking.
No need for caps and gowns during rehearsal.
Jostens & Honors Cords
Jostens Graduation Materials Distribution on May 7th in the cafeteria during 3rd period.
Honors cords available for 3.5 GPA or higher; $5.00 fee. Cords will be available for purchase during lunches. Dates to be announced.
Debts and Clearance
All debts must be cleared for graduation tickets and diploma collection.
Pay debts to Ms. Perry or Ms. Maynor during lunch or after school.
Check with teachers, coaches or Advisory teachers to make sure you are clear!

Check emails for college registration, orientation, and testing details.
AB Tech Transcripts must be sent directly for college credit-Order Transcripts | Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College
Notify colleges that you do not plan to attend.
Pay the deposit for the college you plan to attend. For most colleges, the final date to commit is 5/15/24

Review and confirm Financial Aid Award Offers
Fill out any scholarship confirmation forms to let them know which college you plan to attend along with your student ID number
Check your emails and college portal often
Summer Job Planning - Now's the time to begin searching and securing your summer job if you haven't done so already.
