Tammy Baldwin School Social Worker

• Hello! I am the school social worker at Sand Hill Venable Elementary School. I have worked with Buncombe County Schools since 2017. I graduated from Enka High School in 1994 and Mars Hill University in 2017.

• As a school social worker, it is my role to connect students and families to resources in the community, address barriers to a child's education, and provide mental health supports to our students. I am often involved with students who would benefit from additional support around attendance, behavior support, and other unique needs.
