I have taught in Buncombe county for many years. I began teaching at NDA after my daughter started here in the inaugural class.

I received my BA from the College of Charleston and my MAEd from Western Carolina.

I enjoy arts integration in my class and exploring students' creative approaches to literary analysis. I am very grateful to teach in a school with students who are inquisitive and motivated to pursue their dreams.

Supplies needed for my classes: a notebook and writing utensil. A 3-ring binder would work best, so you have a place for handouts.
