Mrs. Stephanie Duncan

Welcome to kindergarten! My name is Stephanie Duncan and I have over 25 years of experience teaching five and six year olds. I received my degree in Early Childhood Education from Appalachian State (Go, Mountaineers!) and my Master's Degree from Arkansas State (the other ASU!) in Curriculum and Instruction. I am also a National Board Certified teacher. Never stop learning!

Our classroom assistant extraordinaire , Mrs. Sherrill, has worked with me for many years. I taught her son quite a few years ago and she volunteered during that year. She then returned in the role of an assistant and loves having fun as much as I do!

Kindergarten is such an important year with learning galore! I believe fun and education go hand in hand and not day a goes by without laughter and learning in our class!
