Mrs. Stacey Kingsley

Mrs. Stacey Kingsley, Program Placement Specialist & Extended Content Coordinator 

Mrs. Kingsley is currently the Extended Content Coordinator for Buncombe County Schools and the Program Specialist at TCR PEP.  She has been in public special education for 34 years.  She taught in Tarboro City Schools for 1 year after receiving her undergraduate degree from East Carolina University in 1989.  She then moved to Henderson County where she taught special education for 24 years.  She is in her 10th year with Buncombe County Schools.  She obtained a Master's degree in School Administration in 2020.  Mrs. Kingsley is happily married to her husband of 36 years, Ron. They have three adult children: Scott, Christopher and Amanda.  When not at work she enjoys spending time with her 5 dogs and 1 cat, doing various crafts, reading and traveling.
