Hello and Welcome to Third Grade!!

I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year! Here is a little about myself to help you get to know me.

I grew up in Weaverville and graduated North Buncombe High School in 2020. After graduating I went to Mars Hill University where I received a Bachelor's in Elementary education in December 2023. I was able to student teach here at Leicester Elementary in the fall of 2023 and fell in love with this school! I am truly so thankful to be part of such a wonderful school!

My husband David is a product of Leicester Elementary and a graduate of Erwin High School! We got married in October of 2023 and have a wonderful "fur-baby" named Nellie. 

I love being a teacher and I take pride in getting to be a part of this community! My hope is that I am able to make a difference in the lives of every child I have, as I know they will make a difference in mine🤍
