Rebecca Reeves

Welcome to Second Grade!

My name is Rebecca Reeves and I am PROUD to be a Fairview Cardinal. I graduated from Western Carolina University in 2010 with a BA in Elementary Education and began teaching at Fairview in 2011.

My favorite thing about teaching at Fairview is collaborating with fellow teachers, administrators and parents for the benefit of my students. It is such a wonderful thing to know that you have so much support from everyone in the school and at home!

My classroom is energetic, inviting, safe, and full of love and laughter! The students in my classroom develop a strong sense of community and feel safe to ask questions, make mistakes and challenge themselves! You could find us acting out our favorite stories, singing songs, doing science experiments, solving math problems using a variety of strategies, making observations and exploring interesting subjects! We also enjoy creating digital projects using Seesaw!
