Sra. Pacheco's 4th Grade Dual Language Class

¡Hola!

My name is Rebeca Pacheco Morera. I am from a small paradise in Central America called Costa Rica. I moved to Asheville with my family to become Glen Arden's 4th grade Dual Language teacher in 2019; but I have been working as an educator since 1999. I have a Master’s degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from the University of Costa Rica.

I am a very energetic, organized, creative, and passionate educator. I love teaching and watching little minds shape into wonderful writers, mathematicians, and fluent bilingual students. I believe that global education and growth mindset are the keys to a better future.

In my class, students discover the wonders of becoming global citizens and learning español by experimenting, reading, and collaborating. I am proud of being part of the GAES family!
