Mrs Madrigal and her family.

My name is Priscilla Madrigal, I'm one of the Kindergarten Dual Language teachers. I have been teaching at Oakley since 2023.
I'm from San José, Costa Rica and I have been living and teaching in the USA since August, 2023. Coming here to Asheville is one of the most beautiful experiences I ever had.
I studied in a public elementary, high school and university, so I really believe in public education. I completed my teaching degree in Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica and graduated in 2019.
I'm proud to be part of the Dual Language team. Being bilingual is a key to becoming a global citizen, therefore, I´m thrilled to teach Spanish and my Costa Rican culture.
