I am excited to be back at Valley Springs to teach Spanish to our students. It is vital that we increase our worldview understanding and appreciation for other cultures. Developing a sense of community in the classroom opens the door to a new world.
I have had a role in education at Buncombe County Schools since 2016. I have been at Valley Springs since 2019 and enjoy being part of the Rams family!
Education:
Carson Newman University, BA in Spanish, Minor in Psychology

I enjoy teaching Spanish because it allows students be exposed to new cultures and a new language that increases their awareness to the changing world around us.
I use Google Classroom for students to access additional resources and assignments online.
