Mrs. Jackson

My name is Nicole Jackson and I have been a school psychologist since 2008, serving Buncombe County Schools since 2012. I have been a member of the Estes family since 2017.

My path to school psychology began when I attended the University of North Florida, majoring in psychology. Realizing that I wanted to support children in public schools, I pursued graduate studies at Appalachian State University in School Psychology.

I believe that all students deserve an equitable, safe, nurturing, and inspiring educational environment, and I am committed to collaborating with schools and families to support the overall development of our students.

When not at school, I enjoy spending time outdoors, gardening, enjoying good food and listening to live music. I love living in Asheville with my husband, children and pets.
