Ms. Hughes

Hello and Welcome!

This will be my third year at Erwin High School! I will be teaching Biology and Earth science. I will also be the Student Government teacher and representative.

I did most of my undergraduate education at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, but finished my degree at East Tennessee State University. My past experience includes teaching middle school science in Mount Juliet, TN. I also taught Biology and Environmental Science in Carter County, TN.

I grew up an hour north of here in Elizabethton, TN. I went to Elizabethton High School where I played soccer and tennis as a lady Cyclone.

I look forward to a great school year!
