Dixie Garcia

Hello, my name is Dixie Garcia. I am a proud Honduran who's an ambassador teacher for the Dual Language program through Participate Learning. I want to embrace culture and create a bridge that will bring us close together.

I got  a technical degree in High School for elementary education teaching and the next year I began teaching at a bilingual school in my hometown. I got my bachelor degree in Teaching of the Spanish Language in a renowned pedagogical  university in Honduras. In 2021 I got a master degree in Higher Education at MLK university in Nicaragua.

I have been in education for 14 years, but every year is a brand new experience to learn and grow.
