Mrs. Bruet

Welcome! I have been teaching at Avery's Creek Elementary since September 2008. My passion is working in grades K-2 because I love seeing the growth from beginning to the end of the year in reading. I previously taught in South Florida for eight years. I have working been working in the education field for over 27 years.

I attended West Virginia Wesleyan College where I earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Health. I received my Master's Degree from Walden University in Reading and Literacy for grades K-12. I enjoy reading books, playing golf, taking walks with my dog, Charlie and spending quality time with family and friends.

I use Class Dojo and Seesaw to connect with families.
