Hi there! I am Mrs. Harding and I teach 8th grade math and Math 1!
I enjoy teaching math and meeting new students every year! I teach middle school because I LOVE THIS AGE GROUP! This will be my third year here at Erwin Middle! I look forward to partnering with you for this year in your student's educational journey!
I am an "Air Force Brat" and have lived all over the world, being born in the Philippines - Yes, I am Filipino. My daddy retired, in 1984, back to his home place in Buncombe County. I am a graduate of AC Reynolds High School a LONG time ago!
I went to UNC-Asheville on a volleyball scholarship and majored in Accounting. I went on to Clemson University and received a Master's in Industrial Management. After working in the the business world for many years, I found a love for teaching and received a Master's degree from UNC-Charlotte in Teaching. I am also a Nationally Board Certified Teacher.
I am married to my husband, a pastor, and have two grown sons, of whom I am very proud!
I will be using Canvas for our learning platform this year.
