Hello! 

I'm Kelly Kanelos (aka Mrs. K.). I began my teaching career in 2000, and have been teaching in North Carolina since 2014.  Since moving here, I've have taught Title I, 1st grade and 2nd grade.  Prior to that, I worked as a Special Education Teacher in Vermont. 

Some of my favorite parts of teaching are making connections with students and helping every child reach their highest potential. When I am not at school, I love spending time with my family. You can often find us swimming or playing boardgames together. I love to bake, read, and run.

Master's Degree - Special Education  with a concentration in Emotional Disorders

Tutoring Schedule: 

T/TH 7:30 - 7:55 and 3:00 - 3:00
