I have been with Buncombe County schools since 2004. I started my career as a teacher assistant then became a teacher in 2006. I have been in several Buncombe County Schools but Haw Creek has been my home since 2016.

My hobbies are traveling, history, dancing and spending time at the beach with my husband and Golden Retriever Chloe.

I love teaching first grade and developing life long relationships with my students and their families.

In my classroom we use use our Ipads and educational apps such as Prodigy, Epic and SeeSaw to enrich our learning.
