Mrs. Ashley Morrow

Hello Koontz Friends! I'm the S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Mathematics) teacher at Koontz and love teaching young engineers and leaders. I mostly grew up in Sarasota, FL before attending college at Florida State University in 1999. I then moved to these beautiful mountains and have taught with Buncombe County Schools since 2004. I've been a part of the Koontz family since opening our doors. Throughout my career, I have earned National Board Certification and a Master's degree in Instructional Technology and Media from Appalachian State University. When I'm not teaching, you can find me working out in my home gym, reading, or spending time with my family.
