Hello to everyone visiting my site. My name is Mr. King and I am a teacher at Erwin Middle School in Buncombe County. As I go into my 8th year of teaching I will be teaching Math 7 in the upcoming year. I graduated from Western Carolina University and have also taught at Erwin High School next door. I enjoy playing tennis and video games in my free time and am looking forward to the year we are going to have.

One of the main goals that I focus on each year is community and getting every student to feel that they can be successful in math. I strive for everyone to see the classroom as a place where we can work together to be successful in math and build lasting connections and skills for the future.
