  • I grew up in Arden and graduated from Estes, Valley Springs, and T.C. Roberson. I've been back home teaching in Asheville since 2016.

  • I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received my Teaching Certification from Appalachian State University.

  • I teach because I was fortunate to have amazing mentors and coaches growing up and I've always felt compelled to give back to my students what was given to me.

  • This year we are using Canvas in my classroom.
