Ms. Michelle Navarro, Elementary School Teacher

Ms. Navarro fell in love with teaching while working in a school for adults with developmental disabilities twenty years ago! She went on to get her MA in Special Education, and has since taught in the UAE, Indonesia, and the bottom of the Grand Canyon before coming to North Carolina. She's most happy dancing, reading a good novel, gardening and cuddling her cats in her lovely 1930's cottage in Asheville, which she shares with her partner Art. She's very excited to be at PEP!
