Mrs. Smith

My name is Michelle Smith. I have been teaching at Candler Elementary School since 2020. My husband, daughter, beagle named Miley and myself moved to Candler in 2020. I have been teaching since 2006. I attended UNC Wilmington and Fayetteville State University to receive a bachelor's degree in Elementary education. I enjoy painting, reading and spending time with my family.

I am honored to have your child in my class this year! I will work diligently to assist your child in achieving the highest goals they are capable of reaching. I will care for your child as if they were my own child. In my classroom, we are not just a class, we are a family. ​
