Michele Hammond

I am a graduate of Buncombe County Schools and I am proud to be a Black Hawk! I have taught for many years, including a previous stint at NBMS from 2007-2011. Most recently, I have been teaching at North Buncombe Middle since 2018. Having taught middle school, high school, and college students, I am excited to be working with my favorite age group at NBMS. Math is exciting and fun, and I want my students to recognize that and enjoy learning everyday.

In my spare time, I enjoy being outside--hiking, swimming, rafting, camping, biking, walking. I also like traveling to new places.

For Math classes this year, we will use Google Classroom as our Learning Management System.
