Meredeth Pressley

Hello and welcome to my web page. My title is 6th Grade Science and Social Studies at Eblen Intermediate School. I am an experienced teacher. I look forward to an exciting year in the Buncombe County Schools.  I enjoy teaching and seeing my students succeed in becoming well-rounded adults in the future. I am not a product of BCS but, I have taught in the public and private school settings.  I went to Newberry College in the South Carolina area and I have a Bachelors Degree in History. My reason for becoming a  teacher is because I enjoy working with children and was lead to education by various family members in the field. I will be using Google Classroom, Canvas, and other educational websites in my classroom.
