Mrs. Sarate

My name is Meghan Sarate and I have been an elementary educator since 2016. I grew up in Texas and graduated from the University of Texas in 2013 with a bachelors in English and a minor in government. I returned to the University of Texas and earned a post bac degree in Elementary Education with an English as a Second Language Supplement in 2016. I taught for 2 years in Texas before moving to North Carolina in 2018 where I began teaching at Avery's Creek. I adore ACES and have been here ever since! I love learning and my favorite part of teaching is helping instill a love of learning in each of my students, and watching them grow.
