I have been teaching PLTW at NBMS since 2013, and a middle school CTE (Career and Technical Ed) teacher since 2006. Project Lead the Way is a fun, challenging and exciting STEM curriculum, full of relevance. Problem solving, real world challenges, hands on learning, teamwork and communication are all a part of PLTW. I love teaching this subject for those reasons. I am also a product of Buncombe County Schools, and grateful to be able to encourage the amazing students of the NB district. Students will be using Canvas for class instructions and resources. I'm looking forward to a wonderful year!
