Why I Teach:

I have been teaching at Black Mountain Primary since 1993. I have taught kindergarten, first grade and now teach second grade. I enjoy seeing children learn and grow. I also love inspiring children to be the best they can be. There is nothing quite like seeing the light come on when a child learns something new. I like seeing their excitement. My goal is to make learning fun so students enjoy coming to school. Teaching is my dream and I am so thankful that I get to do what I love.
