A little bit about me...

I am from Georgia and got my bachelor's degree in Spanish from UGA in 2006, and my master's in School Counseling in 2012 from Western Carolina University.  I started here at ACRMS in August, 2026. Outside of work I enjoy jogging, volleyball, soccer, and spending time with my family and my dog. 

As a School Counselor, I work with students in a number of ways including:

• Individual Counseling and therapy referrals

• Classroom Lessons and Small Groups

• If your student has a 504 plan, I am the case manager for that

• If you are in 8th Grade I will help you develop and complete a Career Development Plan

• If you are in 8th grade I will help with your transition to high school and your registration for high school classes

• Helping students transition from 5th to 6th grade

• Helping to remove barriers to learning, whatever that might be :)
