About Mrs. Lawson
Welcome to Kindergarten! My name is Jennifer Lawson. I am a 2004 graduate of MTCC with an Associates in Accounting and a 2013 graduate of Lees-McRae College with a BS in Elementary Education. I am married and the mother of two beautiful children, Brayden and Avery. In my free time I love to travel, camp, read and spend time with my family. I am a native of McDowell County, where I was a teacher assistant for 10 years. Black Mountain Primary has been my home since April 2014. I love this school and the unity of staff and student's here. I am looking forward to a fun filled year of learning and growth!
