Welcome! I am the school social worker at AC Reynolds High School. I have worked as the social worker at ACRHS since 2013.  I grew up in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina, and am proud to have returned to this area to work at this top notch school. 

As a school social worker,  I help connect our students and families to community resources and supports.  I work with students, families, administrators, and  counselors to help eliminate educational barriers that might be impacting success. I work with students who might need extra support around attendance, behavior interventions,  mental health needs, or alternative educational opportunities. 

I attended public school in Western North Carolina, and my son attends a local Buncombe County school. I am an advocate for public education, and am here to help provide assistance and support. Please reach out!

When I am not working with students and families, I enjoy hiking, running (very slowly), eating great food, and being outside with my husband, son, and our sweet dog.
