Ms. Lacie Jones

Hello! 

I am Ms. Lacie Jones, I have been teaching English at TC Roberson since 2021. I graduated from Western Carolina University in 2021 with a degree in English and Education for the secondary grades. I became a teacher in hopes of providing a safe environment for students to learn, grow, and find love and support.

In my classes, students use Google Classroom. Students will demonstrate an ability to analytically and rigorously engage with and respond to different types of literature; compose in a variety of literary forms (narrative writing, informal writing, essay writing) appropriate to audience and purpose; control language through Standard American English conventions; and demonstrate an ability to analyze content, organization, and language in texts.
