Krista Crowe

• A native to Candler, NC, Miss Crowe went to Pisgah Elementary and is a graduate of Enka High School.

• Miss Crowe has been at Enka High School since 1992.

• Miss Crowe has an:

  • Associate Degree in Data Processing/Office Technology from Asheville/Buncombe Community College

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Mars Hill College

  • Masters Degree in Information Technology- Computer Specialist from Appalachian State University

  • Teaching certification from NC State and East Carolina University

• Miss Crowe teaches:

  • Digital Design and Animation I and II

  • Game Art Design

• Miss Crowe loves to collect lighthouses and travel to and climb as many lighthouses as she can. Her favorite color is purple. She has recently discovered diamond painting and loves it.

• Miss Crowe grew up dreaming of becoming a teacher. She would set up a pretend classroom on her front porch or in her basement with chalk board and different color pens and student desk. In high school she discovered computers and loved learning everything she could about them and what they could do to make life easier for us. She was sent to a training workshop for Word Perfect for a job and realized this is what she would love to do...teach computers. She has realized her dream and loves it!
