This course prepares students for careers in child development by understanding career pathways and opportunities in Early Childhood Development and Human Services (1.00), understanding durable employability skills (2.00), understanding the conditions that influence prenatal development/conception (3.00), understanding physical development from birth to age 5 (4.00), understanding how children develop (5.00), understanding cognitive development from birth to age 5 (6.00), and ending with understanding emotional and social development from birth to age 5 (7.00).
