Kathleen Pierce, Speech Language Pathologist
I have been a Speech Language Pathologist since 2001 and have worked in private practice, higher education, and in the public schools.
I have specialties in severe disabilities, autism, literacy, and assistive technology.
I LOVE helping students become better communicators. ❤
I grew up in Macon, GA and went to undergrad at UGA (Go Dawgs!). I also have a master's and a doctorate in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders.
I love working at North Buncombe Elementary. My caseload includes students in our Intensive Intervention Classrooms as well as preschoolers in Head Start.
