Hello Students and Families,

Welcome to my apparel and interior design class! My name is Katherine Brush. I teach Family and Consumer Science (FACS) at Valley Springs Middle School. I hold two degrees including a B.A. in Family and Consumer Science Education from Appalachian State and a B.S. in Environmental Studies minoring in Economics from Northland College in Wisconsin. My wonderful husband works in the Media Center at TC Roberson and we are proud to be RAMS! Together we have 2 sweet boys. Cooking, sewing, gardening and traveling are some of the things I enjoy doing in my free time. I am very excited for us to have a great year filled with projects, learning, and laughter.
