World Languages Teacher, Department Chair

Girls' Cross Country Coach

As the child of two public school teachers, I grew up and attended public school in Massachusetts. I have a Bachelor's degree in Romance Languages from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine, and earned my Master's degree in Applied Linguistics from the University of Massachusetts-Boston.

I began teaching at Owen High School in 2007, and have taught all levels of Spanish and French throughout the years. I've lived in the Valley since 2003. In 2018, I achieved National Board Certification in World Languages instruction. I have been coaching cross country at Owen since 2011. I use Google Classroom as the learning management system for my classes.
