Ms. Jill Bell

Hello! My name is Jill Bell. I am so excited to be a part of Weaverville Elementary School! I grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and moved to North Carolina in the fall of 2013. I have been teaching since 2000, and have taught 2nd, 4th, and 5th grades, as well as being a math curriculum specialist. I have taught in Michigan, Tennessee, and North Carolina. In 2000 I recieved my Bachelor's degree from Adrian College, in Adrian, Michigan, and a couple of years later, earned my Master's degree from Middle Tennessee State University.

I have two children who attend Buncombe County Schools. We live in Woodfin, and love everything outdoors! Camping is one of our favorites! I love attending, and supporting my son's soccer team, and my daughters basketball team.

I am so excited for this year! I know it is going to be a wonderful one!
