Kindergarten Teacher

I am a 2013 Graduate of Lees McRae College. I have been at Black Mountain Primary since April of 2014. My first 1.5 years at BMP were spent as an instructional assistant and I have been teaching Kindergarten since the 2015-2016 School Year. I was selected as the 2023 Teacher of the Year and appreciate the honor in representing our school.

I love calling this school my home because of the caring staff, community support and of course the wonderful students and their families.
