Welcome to 4th Grade!

My name is Ms. Gates and I have been teaching since 2018. I am a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill (Go Heels!) and have previously taught K-5 STEM/Technology and 2nd Grade in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. I am excited to start my second year teaching 4th Grade at Sand Hill-Venable! When I am not in the classroom, I am probably reading, hiking, or baking.
