Grant Rescorla

Welcome to my Webpage!

I have been in education since 2013. I taught 5 years at AC Reynolds high school, then my wife, Ms. Baker, and I taught in Morocco at an American School for two years. I am now back in Buncombe County and thrilled to be here!

My degree is in Chemistry Education which I received from Indiana University. I moved down to Asheville after school having never heard of the city or been to North Carolina before. It is safe to say I have found my home!

I teach science; Earth Science, Chemistry, and Physics. I love getting my students to interact with science in multiple ways. In my class they will conduct experiment, analyze videos, and read relevant current events. I try to make the learning as real life applicable as possible.
